Shipping policy

We ship products by means of a flat-rate fee. The flat-rate per each product is stated on our website. During the check-out process will be counted international shipping flat rate. Not less than 30 days prior to the implementation we can notify of shipment changes and delivery policies. In any case, we retain the right to change policies as a power of discretion and without prior notice. We reserve the right to choose and assign freight carriers on shipments for which we pay transportation charges. On orders shipped F.O.B. warehouse and for which Buyer pays transportation charges, Buyer can choose the carrier. Any shipment of $300 or less can be liable to additional charge. Delivery to each of the 48 states has its own price.

Returns; Defective and Damaged Merchandise

• All damaged and defective products may be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days with no restocking fee. If damaged upon arrival you obviously have the right to refuse this order.
• If you are unhappy with the product or simply didnt like it to ensure the smooth process of returning policy, please, strictly follow these steps:
  1. Please, take the special pre-authorized return form, which is on the back of your order document in your shipment.
  2. Re-pack all the items with the original packaging. Make sure, you applied the label from the reverse side.
  3. Carefully read and complete the form and enclose it in the package. If you failed to find your form, you can print it right now.
  4. Ship prepaid via UPS Ground.

• For any good ware return or exchanges buyer must get and fill in an RMA form.
• Return/Exchange will not be accepted in the circumstances after 30 calendar days after the shipping date stated by us.
• Any cases of non-fitment and quality questions, as well as returns will need digital high quality pictures of the products that must be sent via e-mail to the account manager before an RMA approving.
• Order cancellations will need not less than 48 hours since a cancellation is inquired before the order is finally and officially cancelled drawn for return.

End Consumer Warranty; Complaints

Any complaint or warranty disputes between the final consumer and the Buyer must be handled by the Buyer. In case the Buyer cancels his or her membership or his or her account termination, we will solve all issues, problems and claims directly with the final consumer. The Buyer agrees not to inform the final consumer to contact us directly unless informed so by us.
